Our visitors appreciate the vendors at our Quilt Show and we hope to welcome you all back to our Quilt Show in 2026.

Schedule & Opening times
At our vendors' request, we changed the times for the 2026 Quilt show, which also meant we had to change the setup times. Please take note of the following schedule:
Setup:
Thursday June 4 12pm-6pm
If you're coming later, please let us know, so we can make sure the venue is open and we can help you unload.
Hall is open on Friday at 8am, so you can put the finishing touches up then :-)
Opening times:
Friday June 5 10am – 6pm
Saturday June 6 10am – 4pm
Lunches are provided on Friday and Saturday and volunteers are available to look after your booth in case you need a (small) break.
Breakdown:
Saturday June 6 4pm-6pm
Available Booth Sizes
We offer 8, 16, and 24 ft booths that are 8ft deep. Pricing is available on your registration form.
Registration
Please send us an email if you would like to join us as a vendor. We will email you the registration form and if we can confirm your registration, we will send you payment instructions; only after we receive your payment, your booking is complete and guaranteed.
What about lunch?
As usual, we love to look after our vendors :-) Since closing time is a little earlier than previous years, we include lunches on Friday and Saturday.
