Vendors

At our vendors' request, we changed the times for the 2026 Quilt show, which also meant we had to change the setup times. Please take note of the following schedule:

Setup:

• Thursday June 4 12pm-6pm
  (Set up on Friday morning is not possible.)

Opening times:

• Friday June 5     10am – 6pm

• Saturday June 6 10am – 4pm

Lunches are provided on Friday and Saturday and volunteers are available to look after your booth in case you need a (small) break.

Breakdown:

• Saturday June 6 4pm-6pm

This year's registration can be done online. Registration is not open yet, but if you are interested, please send us an email and we will let you know when registration opens. 

After registration, you will receive a confirmation and an overview of all the details you provided. Please check your confirmation and if there are any details that need changing, let us know. You will also receive payment instructions; only after we receive your payment, your booking is complete and guaranteed.
